We have light colored runners on the staircases which had four years of stains on them. He was able to get them all out plus remove brown stains from beige carpets in the rooms from the previous owner

The service tech Ross was on time was quick and efficient and did not inconvenience our family for too long. Great job! Bryan showed up on time (in fact was even a few minutes early) Cleaned all rooms very thoroughly and was courteous the whole time. Even gave me time to get a few things out of his way. I've had them do my carpets before and as then, still doing a great job. Price was fair (much better than competitors) didn't charge for any spot treating which others do. I would recommend anyone using them. I will use them again.
